Nedap is looking for an enthusiastic Campus Recruiter!

Do you recognize talent because you are one yourself? Do you know how to use fun, creativity and ambition to get students enthusiastic about Nedap? YES?! Then we are looking for you. Nedap is constantly looking for talent and needs your help. You are the link between the student/young professional and Nedap.


As a Campus Recruiter you will be Nedap's ambassador at events with universities and study associations. In order to get in touch with the best students from all over the country, you will organize appealing internal and external events. You are enthusiast to tell Nedap's story and help us in our search for only the most talented students! In addition, you will be responsible for everything to do with interns, graduates and working students. You will provide a great student program to bind and enthrall this group.

By creating your talent pool, you will ensure that the vacancies are filled quickly but above all properly. You will develop into an expert in finding and connecting the best students and young professionals at Nedap. It gives you energy to get to know Nedap's various business units and you understand the needs of both your stakeholders and candidates. In order to bind in the best people: you search social media, search on LinkedIn, conduct job interviews for our Nedap University and maintain contacts with associations and universities for structural collaborations.

Your team

The recruitment team (5 persons) is part of the HR team at Nedap and consists of 8 professionals. The recruitment team consists of corporate recruiters in the field of business & IT and campus recruiters. You will also work closely with our colleagues from employer branding/communications to devise specific actions to better reach your target group. Sense of humor, entrepreneurship, ambition and cooperation plays an important role in the team.
