During your first assignment of one year and your second and third assignment of six months you learn what our finance and risk departments do. This is the moment to show your analytical skills. How will you handle the huge amount of data within NN? You can grow into a management role within Finance & Risk as you fulfil the different roles and tackle the projects you will be working on. And as if the projects are not challenging enough, you will also get regular trainings from your colleagues to boost your knowledge on a broad range of topics within Finance and Risk.'Furthermore, if you wish to broaden your horizon (literally), you will have the possibility to go abroad during one of your rotations.

This is what your traineeship looks like
The entire traineeship has a duration of two years. In these two years you will have 3 rotations, meaning you will have the chance to work at three different assignments throughout NN Group. After the traineeship, you will find a fixed role in the company but don’t worry, we will still support you.
Yes, one of the rotations offers the possibility to work abroad, giving you valuable international experience within NN Group.
You’ll receive continuous training on finance and risk topics, as well as mentorship from colleagues and leaders to guide your development throughout each rotation.
Projects range from data analysis and financial modeling to risk management tasks, providing hands-on experience in different areas of the Finance & Risk departments.
Yes, upon completion, you’ll transition into a permanent role with options for further career advancement and continued learning opportunities within NN Group.
A Master’s degree in a quantitative field, strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and a proactive attitude are all important for success.
