Get your career off to a flying start at the Netherlands’ largest financial services provider.
Wat ga je doen?
During your two-year traineeship, you will carry out three challenging assignments. These may range from front-end and back-end development to data engineering, cloud and SaaS solutions. We will select your first assignment, while you will be in charge of shaping the second and third, geared to achieving your learning objectives. You will work in IT departments in different business units, such as the bank, or our life and non-life insurance entities. Alternatively, you may join IT teams at our headquarters, or offices abroad, such as Madrid, Prague or even Tokyo. That’s how you will truly get to know our organisation and our complex IT landscape.
Embarking on a steep learning curve, you will rapidly develop both personal and technical skills. You and your fellow trainees in different tracks will participate in the Future Leaders Programme. This programme particularly focusses on personal leadership. In addition, senior leaders and experts will provide in-depth training in subjects such as CI/CD, APIs, NN architecture, security, cloud and data & AI. The knowledge you will gain and the network you will build will help you prepare for a tech lead role at NN after your traineeship.
