Job Description
Main objective of this role:
- Support the Benelux CS&L operational teams (planning/customer service/logistics) in data analytics, insights & visualization (dashboards) activities
- Understand, develop, improve & own the CS&L dashboarding/reporting agenda
- Act as the linking pin to our IT BRMs, CoE (Centre of Excellence), SC Finance, Make teams for all D&A (data & analytics) related initiatives
Purpose:
- Support in delivering optimal service levels to our customers (whilst balancing against the trade offs on inventory/costs) by creating true business intelligence (insights)
- support decision making as part of our daily/weekly/monthly performance management processes (DDS, weekly operational meeting, Masterplan adherence,…)
Scope:
- Benelux MOVE operational functions - including (but not limited to) customer service & collaboration, demand planning (forecasting), DRP (distribution requirements planning), inventory management, logistics (3PL management).
- Occasionally extend scope to include manufacturing (both Coman & 3PM)
- All categories: food & beverages
Accountabilities:
- improve data accuracy in current reporting platforms/tools
- assess (together with IT and operational teams) best tools/platforms for future reporting purposes
- build & embed efficient & effective reporting tools/dashboards (excel, Power BI, cloud based,…) supporting daily/weekly/monthly decision making processes within CS&L
- support leadership decision making by regularly performing root cause analyses for major gaps to standards on our key SC metrics (forecast accuracy, inventory, service level,…)
- Build a network within E2E manufacturing, supply planning, IT, SC CoE, Benelux Transformation Office, CS&L Finance
- Responsible for capturing ‘ad hoc’ data analysis requests, assessing them and providing advice to leadership on next steps in terms of implementation/improvement
