and Capital Markets Audit division.
 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of banking and capital market clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and understanding client needs.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand our market presence and secure new opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients on complex audit issues and developments in the banking sector.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.

We are looking for an experienced Partner/Director to lead our Banking and Capital Markets
Audit team. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive growth, nurture client
relationships, and lead complex audits with precision and insight. As a Partner/Director, you
will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our audit practice while ensuring
the highest standards of quality and integrity.

 

  • Extensive experience in auditing within the banking and capital markets sector.
  • Proven track record of leadership at a senior level within a professional services firm.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends affecting banking and capital markets.
  • Excellent client management and business development skills.
  • Professional qualification in Accountancy (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
