You will play a crucial role in inspiring the team and delivering excellent results.
- Lead Transition Periods: Play an important role in transition periods for our major clients in Wholesale and Retail Banking, where you can use your expertise and leadership skills to drive successful change.
- Collaborative Service Planning: Draw up the service plan for the client in collaboration with Partners and Managers, ensuring a focus on the specific needs of Wholesale and Retail Banking.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify problem areas and risks at the customer level and provide concrete advice to address them, particularly within the context of Wholesale and Retail Banking operations.
- Define Control Strategies: Define critical components of the control strategy to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the audit process within both Wholesale and Retail Banking environments.
- Internal and External Reporting: Be responsible for the required input for internal and external reports for the client, ensuring all banking operations are accurately represented.
- Audit Complex Financial Items: Audit complex items in the financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance, with a focus on audit considerations relevant to Wholesale and Retail Banking.
- Financial Statement Review: Review the financial statements and ensure that they meet all legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to the banking sector.
- You’ll receive a profit-sharing bonus. On top of your fixed salary.

- Work part-time (32 hours a week) or full-time (40 hours a week).
- Educational Background: A completed college or university degree.
- Professional Certification: Completion of your training to become a Chartered Accountant (RA), or you are in the process of doing so.
- PCAOB Experience: A must-have.
- Work Experience: At least 6-8 years of work experience as an accountant, preferably within the FSI sector, with specific experience in Wholesale and Retail Banking.
