Job Description
Join us as Talent Acquisition Intern at our Utrecht or Amsterdam office starting January/February 2025. In this internship, you will manage the internship recruitment cycle for our Global HQ and assist the IHQ talent team with ongoing recruitments, employer branding activations and talent management activities and events.
Your key activities will be:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for internships
- Coordinating calendars and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Managing the assessment process with our external service provider
- Publishing job ads on internal and external job boards
- Performing various tasks related to Employer Branding
- Supporting IHQ training and communication
- Improving and supporting ongoing Talent projects
Interning at JDE Peet's means you'll spend three days in our comfortable office environment and one or two days working remotely, striking the perfect balance between collaboration and independence. Our pledge is to provide you with a unique learning journey as part of our Global HR team, where you'll gain valuable insights into managing Talent Acquisition processes and Talent Management cycles.

Qualifications
Are you bursting with fresh ideas and a hunger for learning? We want you!
Here's what we're looking for:
- Academic Program: You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Organizational Studies, HR, Marketing or Communication
- Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having some similar experience with HR activities is always a benefit.
- Personal traits: You have a true passion for people, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 5 months to this internship, preferably from January to July.
- Availability: You can join the internship 4 or 5 days a week.

- Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
- Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships.
- You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student
- enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
